Most organisations are smart enough; we have smart leaders, smart employees, smart technology and smart systems; however, many organisations that are smart are not also healthy.

A healthy organisation is one where people are treated as individuals with dignity and respect, where employee wellbeing is more than a marketing catchphrase and both individuals and teams are encouraged to build trust and empathy.

Are you hoping to create a healthier organisation and culture that promotes wellbeing? This interactive presentation and panel led by three wellbeing experts will help to shape your thinking with insights and experience from the trenches that you can use both on a personal and professional level.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS

Esther Nagle developed the PACER model for wellbeing, which consists of 5 pillars that are fundamental to wellbeing - Purpose, Awareness, Connection, Energy and Resilience. While there is, of course, much that staff need to be well at work, these 5 pillars allow them to access and develop their inner resources, developing their resilience and strength.

David Beeney enjoyed a successful career in newspapers and magazines for over 30 years, and was general manager of a regional daily newspaper and commercial director for Auto Trader.

David also suffered for over thirty years, not wanting to tell his colleagues or employer that he was battling mental health problems; believing that it would damage his career, he was embarrassed and scared of the potential consequences.

David is now using his experience, commercial background and business knowledge to help organisations implement mental health & wellbeing strategies within the workplace.
