Charles Landry is an international authority on the use of imagination and creativity in urban change. Renowned author of many publications that focus on cities, at this year's Paterson Memorial Lecture, Charles will explore the global dynamics of cities and how they affect places like Cheltenham and how such places can make the most of their potential.
