MINDFUL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS

Discover a mindful approach to the art of photography in beautiful natural surroundings. Slow down and take a fresh look at the world around you. Learn to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, while taking time out for you, reducing stress and improving your wellbeing.

In a small group, you’ll spend time outdoors in nature, exploring colour, texture, form, light, and reflection while taking photos. You’ll think about your relationship with the natural and built environment, rediscover your creativity, and learn to see the world differently.

All workshops are simple, low-tech and fun. You don’t need a fancy camera or expensive equipment – any mobile phone, tablet or digital camera will do – and sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.

We start off in the orangery at Rococo Gardens, exploring how to look and see differently, before going on a gentle walk around the gardens, taking photos in a calm and mindful way.
