KICK START YOUR ACTIVISM

We are kicking off our environmental focus month in the best possible way – with an inspiring, engaging and motivating discussion led by Raechel Kelly.

Alongside her work in sustainable finance, Raechel gives her time to schools, small businesses and community groups who are looking for answers and direction on complex sustainability problems including renewable energy projects, avoiding single-use plastic and eco-friendly parenting.
She has spent a decade working in this field, researching and analysing companies on their performance against environmental, social and governance issues. This has given her an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to all things environmental and sustainable. Add in the fact that she is an incredibly inspiring speaker, a mother of three, and a genuinely fascinating person – Raechel is the perfect person to kick off our month of environmental events.

• Can individual actions on issues like climate change, plastic waste or air pollution really achieve anything?
• What can you be doing to help save the world?
• How can we get our children involved?

Join us for an in-depth discussion about the practicalities, pitfalls and pressures of trying to live and parent more sustainably.

Everyone welcome! Bring your children, bring your friends, bring your next door neighbour – this is up to all of us!

Tea/coffee and cake included.

Tickets available in advance and on the door.
