Defined as a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress, burnout can affect anyone and cause you to feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed and unable to deal with everyday demands.


In this interactive session for the Independents Group, Jacky Leonard will share The Learning Architects’ 5 stage model to help you review your triggers, identify current stressors and improve your stress intelligence. The session is designed to help you manage yourself and others within challenging situations and will suit any practitioner, manager or independent professional dealing with the constant pressures of the modern-day business environment.
