How can we evaluate training and learning more effectively and efficiently?  

 

This interactive workshop will provide opportunities for Learning and Development professionals to:-

Share current practice – discussing what works well and sharing ideas for improvement
Update their knowledge of current theories and models of evaluation
Develop individual action plans for future evaluation of training and learning within their area of responsibility.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Sue Manser (MSc, RGN), Managing Director, Sucandu Limited 

Sue is an effective and creative leader, facilitator, trainer and coach who is able to inspire, motivate and challenge others individually or collectively to change, improve and develop their performance and potential.

Before setting up her own consultancy company in 2013 Sue had over thirty years’ experience in the NHS in various clinical, leadership and educational roles. This included working as an Associate Director of Learning and Development in a large NHS Trust leading a successful team of Learning and Development, Leadership and Organisational Development Specialists.

EVENT TIMINGS

Registration and refreshments from 13.00.  Event starts at 13.30 and finishes at 16.30.

 

REFRESHMENTS

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available at the start of the meeting and mid-session.
