SLOW DOWN SUNDAY

Join Catherine Forrester for a day of nourishing yoga, deep relaxation, and mindfulness meditation. We will begin the day with a gently energising yoga practice, followed by a nourishing seasonal vegetarian lunch prepared by Becky Sage. After lunch we'll have some time to explore the countryside that surrounds Prema on a guided group walk - exploring the practice of forest bathing and noticing the ways that nature is beginning to awaken with Spring. You are welcome to join the 45 minute group walk (or walk alone if you prefer) or to use this time to rest in the beautiful studio. We will finish the day with an extended mindfulness meditation and relaxation session leaving you rested, nurtured, and invigorated for the week ahead.
