Hi I am Ian Banyard welcome to Cotswold Natural Mindfulness!

If you love nature, enjoy walking with like-minded people and want to learn to be more mindful in your life, you’ve arrived at the right place, at the right time.

I launched Cotswold Natural Mindfulness in August 2014 to give people an opportunity to take a break from their busy lives, boost their health, improve their ability to focus on what really matters and re-connect.

Our members say that when they take part in our monthly walks they learn to reconnect with nature, better connect with each other and connect more deeply with themselves.

What we offer…

Each month we offer weekday, weekend and evening natural mindfulness walks that take place in the beautiful Cotswolds for members and our guests (non-members).

Each walk is led by a trained natural mindfulness Life Guide who will help you explore and connect to the beauty of the natural world, encourage you to connect with each other and guide your inner journey to connect more deeply with yourself.

You will also learn about The Power of Nature and how we can improve our physical and mental health just by being close to it.

Our walkers also become more aware of how practising simple natural mindfulness exercises positively impacts on their physical and mental health and leads to positive changes in both their personal and professional lives.
