Would you like to learn Tae Kwon-Do?

Would you like to get fit and learn self defense?

We are a friendly bunch of people of all ages and abilities.

We meet at

Whitecross Leisure Centre
Church Road
Lydney

Tuesday: 5.30 - 6.30pm

All white belts/yellow stripes for a good beginners session.

6.pm - 7.pm

All yellow belts and higher join in.

Thursday: 6pm - 7pm

All adults of any grade are welcome plus juniors of green belt
grade and higher.

More sessions may be starting soon.

Hey it's a lot of fun so please come and join us!

£3.50 per session for a single member.

£22 per month for a single member.

£34 per month for a family of up to 4 people.
