Local reenactor and tour guide Phil Collins, assumes the role of Captain Henry Skillicorne, the man who developed the first spa in Cheltenham.
A brief history of the development of the Spa, the tours he offers and how his enterprise ’The Cheltenham Promenaders’ is trying to adapt the guided tours during the current situation.
