The Cheltenham Thing

So another enthralling chapter in the Cheltenham Town story draws to a close.

Moments we’ll never forget. Moments we wish we could forget. Now we're looking ahead to the next, and our new goal of achieving a historic League One four-in-a-row. Maybe write another famous one to go with all the rest.

You won’t get this watching telly, you know, waiting on VAR. We’re not watching it happen. We’re part of making it happen.

THANK YOU

Today we're announcing we'll be freezing season ticket prices ahead of our third successive League One season in 2023/24. It's a small but important gesture to say 'thank you' for your unwavering support this term.

With only one game to go we sit three points and one place short of the club's record finish, achieved 12 months ago. It represented an improvement on our final standing for the seventh consecutive time. Next season we're setting out to break new ground once again, targeting an unprecedented fourth League One season in a row and we want you to join us on that journey.

Meanwhile Cheltenham Town Ladies enjoyed their inaugural campaign in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division, meaning another season at the third level of the WNL. As a season ticket holder you'll again be able to attend all of their league games at the Corinium Stadium. One club, one season ticket card.

This summer the cards will come in a special presentation pack, complete with an exclusive silver 'members badge' to mark the 25th anniversary of our FA Trophy win in 1998 and the start of our modern story. We've come a long way together since that sunny afternoon at Wembley and we want to celebrate the journey, starting with this weekend's final match against Charlton Athletic.

THE CHELTENHAM THING

'The Cheltenham Thing' was made by our community, reflecting some of the fantastic creative talent we're privileged to have around the club. We asked writer, broadcaster and season ticket holder Tom Watt to capture the spirit of our most recent season with his words and invited producer Nigel Groom to bring it to life with a brand new soundtrack. Supporters Jamie Howells and Kelly Selby, our Her Game Too ambassador, told the story.

Joe Bleasdale, a final year sports journalism undergraduate at the University of Gloucestershire and one of the latest in a long line of talented media interns, produced the short film. Can you spot yourself? Once again designer Sam Foote knitted it all together with his inventiveness.

It's a Cheltenham thing. Made by us and made at Cheltenham Town.
