We play host to another Anglo-Indian cookery masterclass that you will never forget. Indulge yourself in some of the most interesting foods we grew up eating. On this day, we will cook and dine together just like we do during the Eid-Ul-Fitr.

What is Eid-Ul-Fitr?
Eid Ul Fitr marks the end of the fasting period of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. The festival is a time for feasting, rejoicing and thankfulness. When the day finally arrives and the period of fasting ends, children receive many gifts, there are fairs with street bazaars selling festive goods and traditional foods.

Such festival like the Eid-Ul-Fitr was one of the many ways the Europeans in British India get to know the culture and most importantly the people.

Proposed Dishes:

• Chicken liver, green peas, olive and coriander
• Tuna red onion and chives bhaji
• Lamb Byriany, Riaita and bhorani
• Saffron and vanilla roasted vermicelli, pistachio kulfi
