India is a vast country with a diverse range of religions and cultures. There are many different festivals and each one is celebrated with incredible flavours surrounded by family and friends.

Festivals were no different in India during the rule of the British with food always playing an important part. During these celebrations, men and women alike would regularly cook up feasts to remember. For this masterclass, we will be taking you back in time for a culinary celebration of the recipes they once used.

Proposed Dishes:

FOOD
• Devon Crab Three-ways – Pakora, mousse and chutney
• Turkey Galouti Kebab, tender-stem broccoli, mushroom ketchup
• Lamb Raan, Roast vegetable, Paratha and Afghani pilaf

DRINKS
• Bombay Presidency Punch with bay leaf and cinnamon reduction
