O Clap Your Hands: A Celebration of Orlando Gibbons

Acclaimed viol consort Fretwork and Cantores Chamber Choir join forces again, this time to present a programme of instrumental and choral masterpieces by English Renaissance composer Orlando Gibbons on Saturday 28 June in Cirencester Parish Church at 7pm. The concert will include some of Gibbons’ most exquisite verse anthems and motets, including See, see the word is incarnate, This is the record of John, O clap your hands, and Hosanna to the Son of David. Tickets are £20 (Under 18s & Students £5) available through the Cantores website https://cantores.net or the Cirencester Local Information Centre.
