Give feedback to NHS England in the Cross-Border healthcare patient interviews

The way in which you access healthcare services along the England-Wales border changed in 2018.  NHS England, in partnership with the Welsh Government, is carrying out a review of the new system.

In the past year, you may have had your referral handled through a new system called the NHS Referral Assessment Service (RAS), following your GP appointment. We want to find out about your experiences from your referral through to the point of your access to healthcare services.

We invite you to attend the drop-in session for face-to-face interviews, at Sedbury & Beachley Village Hall, to share your individual experiences about:

• your referral experience
• your access to care
• the service you have received

Please note that this is a drop-in session in which we will aim to interview as many patients as possible in the timeframe given.
