Following a turbulent year, it is important now more than ever that we are putting our mental and physical health at the forefront. Below is a list of upcoming socially distanced courses designed to help manage and promote a more positive and stress-free life.

Mindful Movement
Wednesday 25th November – 16th December

11:30 – 12:30 – online via Zoom
Give yourself a sense of ease by joining our free* 4 week Mindful Movement course using basic stretches, compassion and kindness to reconnect with the body. All from the comfort of your own home!

Reiki For Self-healing

Learn about Reiki, an energy practice that promotes healing by activating the relaxation response.

Guiding you as a parent through the latest science on how to build a happier and calmer home.

All of our workshops/courses are free subject to eligibility
Must be:

•        Over the age of 19  
•        A UK/EEU resident in the last 3 years

One of the following:
•        Unemployed/earning below £17,000 a year
•        Qualified below a Level 2 (5 GCSEs equivalence)
•        Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
•        Learning difficulty or disability
