The free to enter three-day culinary extravaganza takes place from Friday July 26th to Sunday 28th.

There will be free live cookery demonstrations, book signings and a chance to sample gastronomic treats from across the region and beyond with 120 stalls on offer across the weekend

Food Stalls and Street food

The food market will be open from 10am to 6pm, in and around Orchard Square, Victoria Basin and Mariners Square. 

Plenty of street food and artisan produce will be available from the wide variety of market providers.

They are being booked daily so check back for more information.

Last few stalls available

Visitors can then sit back and relax with a drink by the waterside at one of the pop-up bars including the Big Red Bus Bar or head into one of Gloucester Quays favourite restaurants for some delicious food, such as TGI Fridays, Wagamama, Bills, Cote Brasserie, Bella Italia, Nando’s, Carluccio’s, Zizzi’s and Pizza Express.

The Live music stage will return daily with performances on the lawn until 8pm

Celebrity Chefs and special events

Friday 26th July Dean Edwards

Opening the festival on the Friday. Dean has worked on various television programmes, including Take on the Takeaway and This Morning. He is currently the resident chef on ITV's Lorraine and makes regular appearances on Saturday Cookbook.

Dean will do three free demos throughout the day plus a 30-minute book signing.

Saturday 27th July Rosemary Shrager

Rosemary endeared herself to the nation when she took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! proving that she could cook just about anything, anywhere.  She regularly appears on The Real Marigold on Tour and was a much loved judge on the first series of The Big Family Cooking Showdown.

Other television projects include Kitchen Showdown with Rosemary Shrager and Rosemary Shrager’s School for Cooks. Her latest book, Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery Course was published in October 2018.  Culinary Genius.

Rosemary will again do three free demos throughout Saturday plus book signings.

Sunday 28th July   Phil Vickery

Over the past 15 years Phil has appeared on the BBC ‘Holiday Programme’, ‘Ready Steady Cook’, ‘Proof Of The Pudding’, his own series ‘Phil Vickery’s Pudding Club’ and of course ‘This Morning’, presenting live and pre-recorded cookery items.

Phil will complete three free demos and book signings.
