Here’s what we know so far about this year’s Festival. Artists, Activities.

There are just a few weeks to go and the last artists will be announced really soon!

Tickets for the Gala Performance and Circus of The Soul are available now on the tickets page

Workshop Registration will open in November.

As with any Festival of this size  timings are approximate and there may be some last minute changes so stay tuned for updates and don’t forget to follow us on social media too @FOWStroud

FRIDAY 15TH NOVEMBER

5pm Relaxed Performance – SOLD OUT
We’ll be kicking off the Festival with a Relaxed Performance of our Circus Show ‘The Snow Globe’

This version of our main show will be staged specifically for adults and children who might require a more relaxed environment in order to feel safe and engage in the performance .

7.30pm Gala Performance
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the award-winning comedy stylings of comedian Jo Enright. Followed by The Snow Globe, our uplifting and thought provoking Circus Spectacular.

By buying tickets for this unique evening, you will be supporting our community festival and making other performances accessible to all. Thank you!

SATURDAY 16TH NOVEMBER

Fantastic Festival events continue with 3 FREE performances of our Circus Show punctuated by other performances from local and visiting artists.

The Festival site will be filled with fun activities, opportunities to explore this year’s theme and of course plenty to make you say WOW!

9:30am Welcome to Wonder
hear the bells at St Laurence as they welcome us to day two before Doors open at 10am

10am Circus and Coffee
Pick up a coffee from the café and start your day in the company of world class clowns, circus entertainers and one very special guest…

11am Thomas Trilby
Our fantastic family friendly fun continues as a local Circus Super Star takes to the stage.

12:30pm The Snow Globe
Uplifting circus performance exploring our Festival theme Approx. 30-mins

1:30pm The Stroud Folk Choir

2:30pm Ambitions Dance
Festival favourites return with routines from street to ballet and everything in between.

3:30pm The Snow Globe
Approx 30-mins

4:30pm TBC

6pm School of Larks
Community Circus Showcase.

6:30pm The Magnificent Mr Kai
with super circus skills

7:30pm The Snow Globe
Approx. 30-mins

8.30pm Close your eyes in Fields of Wonder
Reflective community songs with Rev Simon and The Raga Babas.

Doors close 9:30pm
(Sleep well, see you in the morning)

SUNDAY 17TH NOVEMBER

10am Doors open
Start your Sunday in the peaceful St Laurence Church. Refreshments will be served in the Café

10.30am Churches Together in Stroud Service:  Living in Two Worlds
Not your usual Sunday morning, this unique church service includes the Festival of Wonder band, aerialist Tatiana Ozhiganova, optional break out activities for all ages and … kites!

12pm Community Lunch
Bring your own sandwiches and snacks and we’ll provide the chairs and tables, cakes and coffee.

Afternoon Workshops (Booking Required)
Circus Skills with School of Larks (School Years 3-11),
Soul Art Journaling with Jenna Burne (18+)

12:30pm Workshop Registration
Sign in ready for 1pm start

1pm Creative Space
Bring your own knitting / needlework or other craft and meet likeminded crafters while enjoying a free drink and cake from the café.

4pm Workshop Show Case
Come and see as we celebrate what has been learned in this afternoon’s Circus Workshops

6pm Circus of The Soul
The fantastic final act, bringing the curtain down on this year’s Festival. Featuring the incredible voices of the Phoenix Choir, the Phoenix Children’s Choir, aerialist Tatiana Ozhiganova, Comedian clowns Viktor & Lara and St Laurence’s own Rev Simon.
