Join us for a morning of exploration and discovery as we venture out into the lush countryside to forage for wild ingredients with our experienced Cotswold forager.

Learn about the various wild mushrooms, berries, fragrant herbs and edible flowers that grow right on our doorstep and how to incorporate them into your cooking. 🍃🍄

After a morning of foraging, we'll head back to Burleigh Court, where Head Chef Shaun and his talented team will create a mouthwatering lunch that celebrates the beauty and flavours of the Golden Valley. 🧑🏻‍🍳
