This month we're heading to PORTUGAL...
Portugal is the world’s biggest consumer of cod. It is said that there is a cod recipe for every day of the year and still plenty to spare.

Starter
Caldo verde – A Portuguese staple. A chunky soup of spiced sausage, kale and potato in a garlic and ham hock broth
Or
Portuguese bean soup - Canellini beans and a vegetable broth replace the meat elements of the Caldo Verde to make a satisfying and delicious soup
Main
Portuguese Baked cod or marinated tofu wrapped in seaweed baked in a range of spices and a rich tomato sauce served with hassleback potatoes and a light leaf salad.
Optional Dessert £5 extra
