Our Pop-up Restaurants bring the rich and diverse flavours of the world to Stroud. From Hungary to India, we’re celebrating delicious food from different cultures. Lynsey, our Chef, is passionate about cooking with great quality produce from local suppliers to create food experiences that bring people together.
A note from Lynsey;
'There were simply too many delicious dishes to choose from when I started to research Sicily. From rich pasta dishes to interesting salads. I figured what else could I do but throw them all into a delicious small plates experience so you could try them all. Sicily loves fresh vegetables and lots of seafood. With our limited access to fishing boats in Stroud, I’ve focused this menu on a celebration of their wonderful vegetarian dishes. Six plates of authentic Sicilian flavours, perfect to share.'
