Mini Day Retreat - Compassion Fatigue.

Friday 20th January 2023. 10 am - 2 pm. £65 each. *

A relaxed introduction to preventing compassion fatigue which will be held at The Haven Parenting and Wellbeing Centre, Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

 

 

Come along and learn about how to prevent and interrupt compassion fatigue, and take time for yourself. The day strongly emphasises taking care of yourselves through mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and coaching for self development including intention setting for the year.

 

Light lunch and mindfulness activities included.

Parking on site.
