I am offering classes on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from the 13th of September to the 30th of November (except school half term) for the Autumn term.

New Autumn Seasonal Menu 2023 for Class B is out now.
£50 p/p for 2 1/2 hours (2-4 people)

The price includes a welcome tea and Japanese snack, all the ingredients, and a recipe.
Main (choose one from these options)
Meat; Chicken Tatsuta (deep-fried marinated chicken)
Fish; Cooked mackerel in miso sauce
Vegetarian/ Vegan; Deep fried tofu in tempura sauce
&
Rice with chestnuts or rice with sweet potatoes
&
Clear soup (dried fish- and kelp-based or just kelp-based)
&
Steamed seasonal vegetables with homemade dressings
