Cacao & Fire Ceremony
Venue: Sober Parrot, 7 St James Square
Ceremonial cacao & fire ceremony to honour the Autumn Equinox. A time to reflect, release and nourish.
A safe, nourishing environment to connect to yourself, be in community with like-minded people and experience the heart warming qualities of raw chocolate!
Cacao, known as 'the heart opener', is chocolate in it's rawest form, before it get's processed at high heats and has lots of other ingredients added. Ceremonial grade cacao, which we will be drinking, has numerous physical, emotional and spiritual benefits.
The purpose of the ceremony is to drop out of your head space and into a more present state of being. A moment where you can leave behind your busy life and have time to simply be.
You'll learn new tools to integrate into your daily life, helping you to live with more presence and intention.
With open hearts, time will be taken to reflect on the season, create intentions to move forward and connect with the element of fire to release anything you no longer wish to hold on to.
We will finish with a sharing circle (sharing optional) and closing meditation with time leftover for chats, hugs and Q&A.

If you are taking high amounts of anti-depressants, it is advised to avoid cacao. Cacao releases serotonin so works as a very mild anti-depressant and too much seratonin can cause serotonin syndrome. It is also advised that pregnant people and those on heart or high blood pressure medicaiton avoid cacao. We can instead provide hot chocolate or a herbal tea from our selection. Your intention and prescence is what is most important.

We look forward to welcoming you!
