After the success of my December Yoga Nidra event at 6 Ways Yoga Studio I have decided to run again, offering you the ultimate January relation experience! 🙏🏻

We will be using a technique called Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra cultivates conscious relaxation, eases stress and anxiety and takes your body to a soothing state. Benefits include releasing tension, improving sleep and clearing the mind to improve learning.

The event will be held in our intimate studio at 6 WAYS YOGA on Friday 21st January at 7pm, £10.
