Did you know 90% of people will experience back problems in their lifetime?

This yoga and Pilates session will teach you movements to help lower back pain, core strength, shoulder mobility and joint flexibility. As well as some relaxation and mindfulness. Ideal for those returning to exercise after injury or those needing to become more active. Level can be increased or decreased as required.

In this session, you will learn:

Postural awareness How to gain better core strength How to gain more flexibility A better understanding of body awareness and connectivity

This session is perfect for beginners who are new to yoga or Pilates, all the way up to those who have good experience with the modalities. If you are looking for a session that gives you more of a private and personal experience than a traditional gym, then this is for you.

Core Stability – Yoga and Pilates for Beginners will help you to improve your daily function and long term joint strength. It will help with muscle toning and mobility. Plus, help to benefit your emotional and physical health. Come and release positive hormones, create an emotional balance and release tension in your hip, shoulders and back.

For this class, you will need to bring your own:

Yoga Mat Cushion Refreshments

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any of these for the foreseeable future

Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time so please book in advance.

Why are there multiple price options?

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
