Sunny Devi Yoga

Through her yoga practice Chloe honours earth’s rhythms , its cycles and seasons. Tuning into these natural cyclical rhythms allowing us to flow more harmoniously through life. Using movement as our medicine and finding freedom through the connection to our body-mind.

Through a gentle vinyasa class Chloe's teachings dig deep in the most gentle way possible. She shares from the alchemy of her own sadhana using asana , pranayama, mudras and bandhas.

Chloe describes her Yoga as: A Living Practice.

Please bring your own Yoga mat if you wish, there are spare if you don’t have one of your own. Props for the practice are provided.
