MIND MY BUMP: PREGNANCY & POST-NATAL MINDFULNESS
Dr Leah Callebaut

COVID-19 is understandably creating additional anxiety, stress and uncertainty for pregnant women and new mums. Join Dr Leah Callebaut, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and BAMBA registered mindfulness teacher for an introductory workshop to her ‘Mind my Bump’ classes. The aim of these classes is to share mindfulness meditations, tailored to be helpful for enhancing physical & emotional health during the pre & post-natal period, and to create an online community for pregnant women and new mums to come together and talk about using mindfulness in their daily lives.

This introductory class will include a guided ‘befriending’ meditation aimed at instilling greater kindness towards yourselves and offering compassion to your baby & others you love. Compassion forms the bedrock of a mindfulness practice and there will be an opportunity within the session to hear more about what mindfulness is and to ask questions about the weekly ‘Mind my Bump’ classes.

Booking a place for this event will close at 5.00pm on Friday 29th May so if you wish to attend please register before then.

Once your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download Zoom and joining details.
