Your nervous system governs everything in your body- your cells, blood vessels, the gut, your immune system, how you sleep and your energy levels. During these difficult times, our nervous system is under a lot of pressure. The Central Nervous System (CNS) consists of two main components:

The spinal cord that serves as a conduit for signals between the brain and the rest of the body, as well as controlling simple musculoskeletal reflexes. The brain that is responsible for integrating most sensory information and coordinating both conscious and unconscious body function.

This informative online talk will give you an overview of the nervous system, exploring practical methods and naturopathic techniques for maintaining health. By learning effective stress management techniques and how to properly nourish your mind, body and soul, you will be able to give your nervous system a much-needed tune-up.

Rachel is a herbalist, naturopath and kinesiologist who is passionate about sustaining full health and wellbeing through natural remedies, a healthy diet and naturopathic principles.

Booking a place for this talk will close 2 hours before it is due to start so if you wish to attend please register before then.

Once your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download Zoom and joining details.
