Qigong will help you:

Relax your body & mind, releasing stress and tension. Boost your health and immune system. Improve breathing and posture.

Join certified Shibashi Qigong Instructor Karen Soo for a weekly online class to learn and practise all 18 movements of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 1 plus a variety of Qigong exercises.

Suitable for ages and abilities.

Once your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive an email 1 hour before the session is due to start with a link to download Zoom and joining details.

Booking a place for these sessions will close 1 hour before they are due to start so if you wish to attend please register before then.
