Guide to Supplements: Daily Wellbeing: Virtual Event
Daylesford’s new range of high-dose supplements are launching in January 2021 and to celebrate the launch, we are hosting a series of special Guide to Supplements events with our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan.
Let us help you optimise your wellbeing with this special Guide to Supplements event, hosted by our resident nutritionist.
Rhaya Jordan consulted on the development of Daylesford’s new range of high-quality food-based supplements, launching in 2021. Rhaya will focus on a specific concern at each Guide to Supplements event.
This Guide to Supplements covers Daily Wellbeing, including the basics of good supplements, what foods to combine them with to get the most benefits from supplements and how to decide what might suit you.
Rhaya will address common questions such as whether supplements are needed alongside a healthy diet, and where to start when deciding what to take.
