Guide to Supplements: Immune Resilience: Cotswolds

Daylesford

Rhaya, who created the range in collaboration with Daylesford founder Carole Bamford, will focus the topic of immune resilience in this Guide to Supplements event.

Immune resilience is a serious concern for many; COVID-19 was our first pandemic in over a century and modern lifestyles place all sorts of challenges on our wellbeing.

Rhaya will discuss how to ensure adequate levels of essential zinc, vitamins D and C as well as deep-diving into functional foods like Reishi mushrooms.

Your Guide to Supplements ticket price includes an item from Daylesford’s supplements range, chosen by Rhaya for guests to take home.
