Wellness Workshop: Harnessing Herbs for Health: Virtual Event

Join us and discover how to harness herbs for your health and wellbeing. During the evening, our resident nutritionist Rhaya, will introduce guests to the power of herbs for our health, exploring the benefits they can have on our bodies.

In this workshop you’ll also learn how to use your herbs to make infused water, nutritious tonics and shrubs. Originally created as a way to preserve and enjoy ripe fruit, shrubs are a beneficial digestive tonic and provide natural probiotics for our systems. As well as promoting hydration and nutrient intake, they are also a great means for alleviating food waste, preserving produce and extending its lifespan. You’ll leave the class with Rhaya’s deliciously nourishing shrub recipes and tips for making your own at home.
