Beginners 6 week course


Sunday 13th October - 17th November 2019

This 90 minutes beginners course over 6 weeks will cover all the basics to a solid yoga practice, giving you the confidence to move onto other styles. You will learn the fundamentals to the key yoga postures & some of their sanskrit names. We will breakdown how breathing works, the standing and seated postures, twists, balances and back-bends.
