Join Catherine Forrester from Helix Yoga for a relaxing and nurturing start to the week. This is a gentle yoga class designed to help you find more comfort and ease in your body and mind, suitable for beginners as well as those interested in exploring a new perspective for their practice. Catherine’s supportive approach is ideal if you have medical conditions or limitations to your mobility. All postures and movements can be adapted to suit your needs.
