International Book Giving Day

This year we’re celebrating International Book Giving Day!

We're looking for books for the children in our local asylum-seeking and refugee families, and collaborating with our friend and supporter, Helene Hewett from The Suffolk Anthology – a fabulous Cheltenham independent bookshop.

We've suggested some suitable books for a range of ages. You'll probably recognise some of these and might like to share with new generations!

We've included options in both English and Arabic, which are great for parents to read to young children.

If you'd like to buy any one of our suggestions as a gift for someone, you can call The Suffolk Anthology on 01242 361362 between 10.00 and 14.00, Monday to Saturday.

Simply order, pay by card and say it's for CWR. Helene will then keep it for us to collect and distribute.
