     Dates: 19th July – 1st August at Woodchester Mansion, Gloucestershire, GL10 3TS - Participants are encouraged to apply before 12th July.     

A unique opportunity to participate in a two-week intensive training and performance experience! A combination of theatre, circus, clowning and dance workshops taking place at the magnificent heritage site, Woodchester Mansion, incorporating scenes and characters drawn from Victor Hugo’s Notre Dame de Paris.

Creating Notre Dame de Paris – an intensive Theatrical Circus course is now open for application for people aged 16 or over that would like to take part in 2 weeks of theatre, music, circus and dance workshops, culminating in a public performance at the Mansion.

This is a chance for individuals and artists wishing to further their practice in a Covid-19 secure environment and take advantage of the opportunity to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of performance and Victor Hugo’s tale in the stunning landscape and heritage building of Woodchester Mansion.

We welcome participants to choose one or more of the disciplines on offer, developing skill and character over the course of 2 weeks.

Details:
19th July – 1st August at Woodchester Mansion, Gloucestershire, GL10 3TS
Price per participant: £350 (Mon-Fri, incl. Lunch & performance day, Saturday 31st July)
Concessions available for people on low income or Universal Credit, enquire for details. Course will take place 9.30-6pm Mon-Fri.

How to apply:
As spaces are limited we ask that anyone interested complete a short application form telling us a little about themselves and why they would like to participate. Participants are encouraged to apply before 12th July.
Once we’ve your application we will let you know whether you have a place on the residency and provide payment details. Once payment has been processed you will receive further information on course content, a workshop timetable and materials.
