Dubbed by The Guardian as “the Carluccio of the Wye Valley” our in-house forager Raoul van Den Broucke supplies the hotel with produce collected nearby and runs foraging expeditions that take you off the beaten track. The finds depend on the season and range from a wide variety of edible mushrooms, wild garlic and sorrel, bittercress, pennywort, wimberries, sea beat, marsh samphire, edible flowers, and wild strawberries.

The cost is £60 per person and includes lunch.

The trip starts at 9:30 when we leave the hotel and we ask you to arrive for 9:00, you will arrive back at the hotel for 1:00 for a delicious lunch.
