Hen Keeping for Beginners Talk: Cotswolds

It is easy to understand why over 1 million UK households keep hens: they are adorable, engaging and inquisitive creatures that are low maintenance to care for and rewarding to keep. What better than popping into the garden to collect a fresh egg for breakfast, knowing that the hens you have fed and nurtured have given you a little something for the table.

Join us at our Cotswold Farm and learn everything you need to know to get started with confidence. The talk will cover hen keeping basics including choosing hens, setting up a coop, feeding and regular upkeep for healthy, happy hens and of course delicious, nourishing eggs.
