Aspire Running Events are thrilled to announce that the second Dark Skies 5/10k will be held at Cattle Country Adventure Park on the evening of Thursday 14th November.

You have the choice of entering a single lap 5k or a 2 lap 10k race.

Sadly, there will be No Fun Runs at this event and the park will not be open to the general public.

Head/chest torches are absolutely compulsory for this event.

Sorry this event isn’t canicross friendly.

Course description: Flat – Multi Terrain.

Race time: 19:30pm (Mass start)

Prices:

10k – £15 (Aged 15 and over)

5k – £13 (Aged 12 and over)

Registration will open at 18:30pm for competitors to collect their race numbers. This will be held inside the cafe (Signposted from the car park)

The 5/10k is an exciting and exhilarating, off road multi-terrain course for the experienced or novice runner alike. It starts inside the grounds of the adventure park before heading out onto the vast open space of the glorious countryside.

The route will be fully marked out with our usual run route signs plus bright quality glow sticks.

All 5/10k finishers will receive a medal and goody bag.

 

There will be 5k and 10k trophies for the following:

Overall male 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Overall female 1st, 2nd and 3rd

The event will be timed.

The event will be fully marshalled and First Aid will be on standby throughout the event.
