Ghosts of Berkeley Castle Exhibition

Local artists Jackie Lantelli & Sadie Kitchen have brought our rich history to life with an emotive series of ghostly sculptures. Well known for their ghostlike wire sculptures of WW1 soldiers exhibited last year in Slimbridge Churchyard, Jackie & Sadie have beautifully captured the spirit of some of the Castle's past inhabitants.

Search the Castle and its grounds and amongst others you'll discover Edward II, doomed in his cell; Elizabeth I, crossbow poised to slay the Earl's prize stags and Dicky Pearce, the unfortunate jester who fell from the Minstrel’s Gallery.
