  £36.00: November 21st, 22nd, and December 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 21st.
  £40.00: November 28th, 29th, and December 19th, 20th.
  £42.95: December 5th, 12th.
• Menu options include:
  Starters: Winter Vegetable Soup, Chicken and Leek Terrine, or Spiced Quinoa.
  Mains: Golden Roast Breast of Turkey, Roast Fillet of Seabream, or Pumpkin Gnocchi.
  Desserts: Mimosa Cheesecake, White Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade, or Christmas Pudding.

Winter Wonderland Live Band Ball:

• Features a sparkling welcome drink, 3-course festive dinner, live band, and DJ & disco, with Christmas themed décor.
• Seating from 7 pm, carriages at midnight.
• Price: £47.00 on December 6th and 13th.
• Menu options are the same as The Jingle Bell Ball.

 

 

Christmas Day Lunch

Enjoy a Christmas Day Lunch on December 25th for £70.00 per person.

Menu includes:

• Starters: Hot Smoked Salmon, Quenelle of Chicken Liver and Port Paté, or Festive Beetroot and Goat Cheese Tart.
• Intermediate: Creamy Spiced Cauliflower Soup.
• Mains: Golden Roasted Turkey Breast, Medium Slow Roast English Sirloin of Beef, Oven Roast Soft Herb and Lemon Cod Loin, or Roast Vegetable and Ricotta Wellington.
• Desserts: Belgian Chocolate and Orange Tart, Traditional Christmas Pudding, or Trio of Cheeses.

 

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner

• Celebrate New Year's Eve with a gala dinner for £79.00 on December 31st.
• Includes a glass of sparkling on arrival, a 4-course meal, and music from a resident DJ.
• Seating from 7 pm, carriages at 1 am.
• Menu options:
  Starters: Smoked Salmon, Crayfish and Smashed Avocado Roulade, or Sweet Port Poached Pear, Stilton and Glazed Walnut Salad.
  Intermediate: Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup.
  Mains: English Trio of Beef, or Curried Butternut Squash and Parsnip Wellington.
  Dessert: Teardrop Duo of Chocolate Torte.

 

Accommodation and Booking

Special accommodation rates are available for party attendees. Drink packages can be pre-ordered to avoid queues.

 

To book any of these events, email cheltenham_conference@leonardohotels.com. A £20 non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days of a provisional booking, with final payment due by Monday, November 3rd, 2025. All Christmas and New Year's Eve events are for individuals over 18 years of age.
