First business set to open at Gloucester Food Dock
Gloucester
Hop Kettle Tap Room will be the first to open - on 13th October.

It will be followed by Bella Mia Pizza @ No.1 and Wholly Gelato early in November, with Strip Steak Bar, Elote, Chuck, Hetty's Place and Our House opening later in November, in good time for Gloucester's Christmas celebrations.
Hop Kettle, located in the original buildings off Commercial Road, will be serving from three floors, including the new deck.
Tom Gee, owner of Hop Kettle, said: "We were attracted to Gloucester by what the city has to offer, the location and these amazing buildings. We have worked exceptionally hard to create a unique space that does them justice."
Hop Kettle has a diverse product range and produces beers in all styles from traditional best bitters to milkshake IPAs, as well as a number of gluten free and vegan beers. The beers are already popular with beer lovers in the company's Tap Rooms in Cirencester and Swindon and in pubs everywhere.
Hop Kettle also has a kitchen and plans residencies and partnerships with local established street food businesses to ensure a vibrant and changing food offer.
Ken Elliott, co-founder of the Food Dock, said: "It is wonderful to be opening the Food Dock and exciting to see the finishes going into these restaurant and bar spaces.
"Hop Kettle has created an amazing venue, which we encourage everyone to visit as soon as they can. We will be announcing more new names for the Food Dock before the end of the year."
