Spring Print Fair and Pop Up Plant Sale

Stroud

Dates: 18/04/2026, 19/04/2026

Venue: Museum in the Park

The Museum in the Park is celebrating the art and craft of printmaking with Gloucestershire Printmaking Cooperative's Print in the Park exhibition and a Spring Print Fair complemented by a special pop up plant sale in the beautiful walled garden.

The Print Fair on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April will see over 25 stall holders showing and selling their prints.

With a vibrant mix of stalls from GPC members, a host of exciting printmakers from around the country, pizzas from Velo Bakery, coffee & cake from Shadow & Steam, and a 10% discount in the museum shop and café it’ll be a weekend with something for everyone.

Visitors can enjoy printmaking demos too and see the magic of printmaking in action. Several artists have been inspired by the park’s incredible Arboretum and fittingly, on Friday 17 April adults can enjoy a special Printmaking Workshop with Charlie Ash making unique prints from tree rings.

Gardeners will be delighted by the Walled Garden in full spring bloom and can browse a special pop-up plant sale from locally based Exedra Nursery.

The GPC is a unique fine art printmaking facility in Stroud founded by a small, committed group of printmakers just over 20 years ago. They are celebrating their 20-year anniversary in 2026 with a series of exhibitions and events for the public to enjoy.

The exhibition ‘Print in the Park’ is showing until Sunday 26 April. Over 40 members have created work responding to the museum collection and surrounding grounds.
