The Old Crown Coaching Inn, along with Head Chef Samuel Squires, will be hosting Catalan chef Iolanda Bustos for a special event on September 30th 2023. The event will see the two culinary maestros combine their gastronomic expertise to create a truly special tasting menu that celebrates natural flavours of the local countryside and wildlife.

Iolanda is known as the ‘the chef of flowers’ and specialises in using foraged plants, buds and fruits in her creative cooking. This unique collaboration is intended to be a celebration of sustainability, harmonising the art of foraging for exquisite ingredients with the creation of an equally exquisite fine-dining tasting experience.
