To celebrate The Isbourne's 30th anniversary join Ruth for a themed yoga session for managing energy and mood over the holidays. This will be a practice with chairs. Seated and optional standing. 

Please bring a botte of water and anything else that supports comfort in a chair.

All sessions which are part of The Isbourne's 30th anniversary celebration are free to attend so please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box when booking your place. However if you would like to make a donation then please feel free to do so.
