ONLINE: MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
For the foreseeable future these classes will only be online.
Now is the time to learn how to meditate. How to be at peace with your thoughts, how to access the wisdom within.
These meditation sessions are based on Buddhist meditation with an emphasis on mindfulness. They begin with a light, settling meditation and a longer, deeper mindfulness meditation - all guided by an experienced tutor. There is time at the end for reflections and questions.
Some of the sessions will also include meditations to facilitate and explore the importance of self compassion and loving kindness.
These classes are for beginners and those with some experience. They are fun and full of helpful tips on how you can bring mindfulness and meditation into your everyday experience.
So please bring your curiosity and an open heart and enjoy!

Kathryn trained with the British School of Meditation and regularly attends retreats in the Buddhist Insight tradition.
In her spare time she sings in a choir called 'Rough Diamonds' singing a mix of traditional songs from around the world and performing throughout Gloucestershire.
These sessions are a live class taking place at The Isbourne. Those participating online will not be seen by those participating in person.
Please note: that your joining instructions will be listed below your purchase(s) on your purchase confirmation email and they are also available via your online account. Please do not hesitate to contact the team on 01242 254321 if you haven’t received your confirmation email.
You are able to pay for a block of 6 or drop in on the dates you are able to attend. Why are there multiple price options?
As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.
Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
