Come and join us for a day of relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation. We host intimate Day retreats for groups of 6-8 people in the relaxing surroundings of a Hotel in Gloucestershire.

The day strongly emphasises taking care of ourselves through small group sessions and individual activities for self-development. there will also be an opportunity to relax and reset in the afternoon with the use of the hotel’s spa facilities.

The plan for the day is a morning workshop where you will learn to recognise, understand, and overcome compassion fatigue followed by an afternoon relaxing in the hotel with the use of the spa facilities and swimming pool.

Timings are as follows:

9.30 am/10 am – Tea and coffee on arrival.
10 am-12 pm – Compassion Fatigue workshop Part 1 - including a short break.
12 pm -1 pm - Lunch
1 pm - 2 pm – Compassion Fatigue Workshop Part 2
2 pm – Time to relax. Use of the spa facilities and swimming pool until 5 pm
