What defines good leadership? And how can we, as L&D practitioners, play our part when it comes to developing tomorrow’s leaders today?
At this Gloucestershire Learning and Development group session, our speakers will share their experiences from working with a wide range of organisations and will examine L&D’s role in developing future leaders, including how to design a leader event development programme and what it means to be a leader in a VUCA world.
