Illustrated Talk entitled: 'Butterflies of Colombia' by Simon Fenner, Gloucestershire Branch

Minutes Secretary Simon regularly travels to far-off tropical countries to seek out the many species of spectacular butterflies there. In this talk he will show photos and video clips of the butterflies and moths he finds in the country of his latest travels, Colombia. He will include other interesting wildlife he may spot, along with some scenery around the different habitats, and a bit of background on the country. So while we are waiting for our British butterflies to start flying, we can immerse ourselves in the butterflies of Colombia without actually having to go on a plane.

Refreshments: Hot or cold drinks and home-made cakes will be available after the meeting.

Cost: There will be an entrance fee of £5 per person (cash only) to include refreshments. There may also be some home made jam and other donated items for sale in aid of funds.

Parking: There is no car park at the hall but there is plenty of parking (free on a Sunday) in nearby public car parks. The nearest are: Church St car park, GL5 1JL, W3W; Cleans.documents.fell and London Rd car park,GL5 2AJ, W3W Campus.royally.vent
